Terms of Use (EULA) - BT Super 8

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BT Super 8, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Subscription Terms

Our app offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following conditions:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store
• No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the term
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

3. Service Description

BT Super 8 is a Beach Tennis tournament organization app that offers:

• Tournament organization in Super 8 format
• Player and match management
• Automatic results calculation
• Premium features through subscription

4. User Obligations

When using BT Super 8, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the app's functionality
• Not attempt to reverse engineer the app

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including but not limited to code, design, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

BT Super 8 is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Data loss
• Indirect damages arising from app use
• Technical issues beyond our control

7. Privacy Policy

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
